Immediate Crisis Stabilization
The program provides an intensive, short-term, highly structured environment for resolution of uncontrollable behavior, suicidal or homicidal ideations, hallucinations, psychotic episodes, mood disorder, depression, anxiety and acute sleep disorders.
Case management, individual, family, and group therapies are prescribed daily by the patient’s physician. These treatments, combined with pharmacological therapies, help patients recovery and return to an outpatient setting in a timely manner.
Educational activities, intensive case management, aftercare planning, and an extensive network of outpatient mental health services are available to help patients maintain stability once they return to the community. Our goal is to prevent further acute crisis.
