Continuum of Care
The recovery process does not end when a patient graduates from treatment at Windmoor Healthcare. Before a patient is discharged, we provide aftercare planning to connect them with an extensive network of outpatient psychiatric care services. This helps the patient maintain stability and avoid relapse once they return to the community.
Care Beyond Windmoor
Whether you graduate from an inpatient or outpatient program for a substance use or behavioral health disorder, you will be given the chance to meet with other graduates and speaking groups with whom you can learn and grow.
